Renewed Vision Project

A Workforce Development Nonprofit in Maryland

Renewed Vision Project is a workforce development nonprofit in Maryland dedicated to closing the gap between people who need opportunity and employers who need skilled workers.

What Is Workforce Development?

Workforce development means giving people the training, mentorship, and support they need to find and keep good jobs — and giving employers a pipeline of qualified, work-ready talent. When it works, it strengthens families and entire communities.

How We Help Maryland Communities

In Maryland, the demand for skilled labor is skyrocketing while thousands of young people look for a viable alternative to a traditional four-year degree. We bridge that gap by providing local youth and adults with the resources, mentorship, and financial support needed to access trade schools and earn essential certifications.

Our Training Programs

  • HVAC
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Basic carpentry
  • Introductory information technology

For Employers and Community Partners

We connect trained, motivated Marylanders with high-paying, in-demand jobs in fields like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and technology. Employers and community organizations that partner with us gain access to a dependable, local workforce.

Support Our Mission

As a 501(c) nonprofit, Renewed Vision Project relies on donations and volunteers to keep training free for the people who need it most. Your support helps us build futures, one skill at a time.
