Renewed Vision Project is a free trade skills training program in Maryland for young people and adults who want a real career — not just a job. We combine classroom instruction with hands-on, real-world experience so you finish with the skills employers are actively hiring for.

What You Will Learn

Participants train in the trades that are in highest demand across Maryland and the greater Washington, D.C. region:

• HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Basic carpentry
• Introductory information technology

Who This Program Is For

Our trade skills training is built for people traditional education and hiring have often overlooked. That includes youth in the DJS system, adults re-entering the workforce, career changers, and anyone in Maryland who is ready to learn a trade and earn a living with their hands.

We do not stop at the classroom. Once you complete your coursework, you move into supervised, hands-on projects — installing HVAC systems, wiring, plumbing, and building from the ground up.
